Can I change my mind? 

We will offer you a credit to the value of your goods less shipping charges.  Please notify us in writing by emailing burnbabyburn@brilliantscent.com.au or completing the contact form on this page within 14 days of dispatch.  

Please include the following details: 

  • Order number 
  • Full Name 
  • Phone Number 

 We will respond to your request with in 48 hours. 

 If your item is received damaged on arrival we will have it replaced for you at no extra charge.

- Please note: If the wax has cracking in it this is not a damaged item. Wax can move according to temperatures and be more likely to have some cracking in it in colder weather. This will settle and close once lit or if left in warmer climate.

All returns MUST be in original packaging and in original NEW condition fit for re-sale. Any items that have opened and damaged will not be processed and you will be liable for return shipping.

Customers are required to pay return shipping on the item/s sent back for any exchanged item at their own expense

Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will offer you a credit to the value of you goods.  In order to process your return/refund you will need to obtain a refund code. To obtain this you must notify us in writing by email at Burnbabyburn@brilliantscent.com.au within 14 days of dispatch. We will respond to you within 48hrs and issue you with a refund code and refund form so we can process this for you. Any orders returned to Brilliant Scent Company with out a refund code and form will not be processed. Refund or returns outside the 14 days with be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Should you not receive your order, please email Burnbabyburn@brilliantscent.com.au so that we can resolve any problems and follow up with delivery carrier.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been damaged. International refunds will not apply to delivery charges and only the actual product.

All products must be returned in their original condition. The item must be returned to us with the packaging and item being exactly as it was when you received it. This includes the return of the original packaging including labels and tags still being attached. If the returned item is in a noticeably used condition, then a credit may not be offered.  All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We will issue you a credit once the product have been received and inspected.

We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out insurance and send by registered post. Brilliant Scent Company will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

 If I receive faulty or damage merchandise what do I do?

In the instance you have received merchandise that is faulty or damaged or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund if we are not able to replace the item purchased. We will refund any items damaged in transit, at our cost, just as soon as we receive the damaged item back.

We will refund you the shipping charges as governed by Victorian Consumer Affairs.

Please notify us in writing at Burnbabyburn@brilliantscent.com.au, within 14 days of dispatch.  Please provide as much detail as possible including your name, order number, product and the extent of the damage or the condition that the goods were received in. A returns manager will assess each case. Once a refund has been approved, we will issue you a refund into your nominated bank account or credit card or credit you a Brilliant Scent Company store credit for the amount of the purchase price. If you have not received your refund with in 48hrs of approval, please contact us by email at Burnbabyburn@brilliantscent.com.au so we can rectify this for you. We apologise for any inconvenience. This Returns Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of VIC, Australia.
