How long will it take to receive my order?

Free shipping option:

We process orders with in 72hours of placing an order & the delivery of your package may take up to 3-8 business days depending on where you live in Australia. 

Express Post option:* Please allow 2 full working days for tge warehouse to process express shipping orders between 10th November - 20th December for xmas orders. 

We process orders the next working day  ( 1 full working day ) & the delivery of your package may take up to 1-2 business days depending on where you live in Australia. Please allow 3 business days for your order to arrive including processing time.

Express Post Delays between 19th March -25th March as our warehouse is currently moving so all express post will be sent regular shipping and refunded. 

 Personalised Candles:

 All personalised candles take upto 4 working days to process. Delivery is then 3-7 working days depending on your location.

Express transit option will be 24hrs from completion of the personalised candle

 Message Candles:

All Message candles take 2 working days to process 

Express transit option will be 24hrs from completion of the personalised candle

Can I have my order delivered to a PO BOX/Parcel Delivery?

We are able to deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel locker. $13.90 for your 1st item plus an additional $3.95 per item that can be selected at checkout under PO Box Options.

Please NOTE:  If you list a Po Box address with out notifying us as your shipping address your order will be held up and incur delays. 

Short supply of product

In the instance that we are unable to supply you with the product due to unavailability, we will notify you in writing and offer you the option of cancelling the order with a full refund or to supply you with an agreed suitable replacement product.

Can I track my order?

Yes

Once we have dispatched your order, we will provide you with a tracking number and you can use this to track the progress of your delivery.

Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is correct.  Brilliant Scent Company is not liable for delivery of goods to an incorrect or non-existent address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier will leave a card so you can pick-up your product from your local post office / Courier Depo if a courier service was used for your order. for the next 7 days or arrange an alternate delivery time.

We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your products to you within the 14 business days; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.

In cases where the parcel is returned to Brilliant Scent Company due to either not being picked up or an incorrect delivery address, new delivery charges are required to be paid by the customer upto $14.95 per item.

If the product has been damaged in transfer, please inform Brilliant Scent Company immediately by emailing burnbabyburn@brilliantscentcompany.com.au.  

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

How much does it cost to New Zealand?

We charge $14.95 per item to New Zealand.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I have my order delivered to a PO BOX?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Our shipping provider requires a signature upon delivery and do not deliver to PO box addresses. 

If you would like to enquire about a special request delivery to your PO BOX please email burnbabyburn@brilliantscent.com.au to request this. Additional charges may apply to cover admin and freight charges as parcels addressed to PO Boxes are sent with specific shipping carriers depending on your address.

Duties & Tax Charges  

Customers are responsible to pay any duties or taxes on orders upon entry into New Zealand.
