Returned to Sender

Please be aware that items can be returned to sender in some cases if the shipping company has attempted to deliver the order but unsuccessful due to wrong address, no one being available to receive the order. We do not leave orders at the front door if sent with a courier. 

Customers are required to pay shipping on item/s returned back to Brilliant Scent warehouse for any re-delivery. 

In cases where the parcel is returned to Brilliant Scent Company due to either not being picked up or an incorrect delivery address or attempted delivery where no one is available to receive the order new delivery charges are required to be paid by the customer upto $14.95 per item.
